Dear AIWEST-DR 2026 Oral Presenter, We are delighted to have you participate in The 18th Aceh International Workshop on Sustainable Disaster Recovery (AIWEST-DR 2026). To ensure a smooth and effective presentation, please follow the guidelines below:

⏱️ Time Limit
Each presenter is allocated 10 minutes — 8 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for Q&A.
📊 Slide Limit
Maximum 15 slides recommended. File size should not exceed 30 MB.
🖼️ Template
Use the AIWEST-DR 2026 slide template. Ensure fonts, diagrams, and figures are clear and readable.
📅 Deadline
All presenters must upload slides before the workshop. No edits allowed after submission.
📤 Submission
Upload your presentation file and supporting documents through the conference submission link provided by the organizers.

Rename using your Abstract ID.

📋 Abstract Submission Guidelines (AIWEST-DR 2026)

All interested authors are invited to submit one abstract relevant to one or more thematic areas of AIWEST-DR 2026.

The deadline for abstract submission is 30th April 2026.

Abstracts must be submitted through the online submission form available on the conference website. Abstracts submitted via email or other media will not be considered.

The abstract must be between 150–300 words.

The abstract should be written in clear and simple language and briefly describe the research so reviewers and readers can easily understand the main points.

Authors must ensure that their abstracts are relevant to the workshop themes and objectives. The research presented should contribute to discussions during AIWEST-DR 2026.

Authors should provide accurate and complete information, including names, affiliations, contact details, and any other required information specified by the organizers.

Authors will be notified about the outcome of abstract submission via email. Accepted authors will receive further instructions regarding registration and presentation.

Can I participate in the workshop without presenting a paper?
Yes. You may participate as an attendee without presenting a paper. Registration is required before the deadline mentioned on the website.

Yes. All participants, including presenters and attendees, are required to register. Registration fee details and payment instructions are available in the registration section of the website.
How can I make the registration payment?

Can I submit and/or present two abstracts?
One corresponding author may present one abstract during the workshop. However, multiple abstracts can be submitted under different corresponding authors.
What forms of presentation are allowed?
Presentations may be: Oral presentation & Poster presentation
Will the organizers print my poster?
Presenters are responsible for printing their own posters. The organizing committee may assist by suggesting nearby printing services if needed.
Do I need to submit a full paper?
Full paper submission is not mandatory for presentation. Accepted abstracts can be presented during the workshop.
Is there an opportunity to publish a full paper?
Selected presenters may be invited to submit full papers for publication. Further details regarding journals and submission procedures will be communicated after the workshop.
Are publication charges applicable?
Yes, there will be an additional Publication charge of 110 USD
Will travel and accommodation support be provided?
Limited travel and accommodation support may be provided only for invited keynote speakers. All other participants are expected to arrange their own travel and accommodation. Official invitation letters can be provided upon request for visa purposes.
How many participants are expected?
AIWEST-DR 2026 is expected to host approximately 100+ participants from around the world.
